The Sons of Karik
Book 3
When the King of Vranr seizes a ship being built by the sons of Karik, they must determine how best to protect their property without endangering their families. But the whims of a king are not easily subverted, and it is difficult for blood to be shed alone.
The Assembly, where such matters are determined, is a tricky and complex process ill suited to the hot blood and old hatreds of those who come before it. The eldest grandson of Karik, Knutr, finds that matters may come to blood, and a red dawn.
Told in the style of the old Sagas, The Sons of Karik hearkens back to an older style of story, and further opens the door to the world in which Vrania sits.
